The Perfect Breakfast Sandwich

For those that haven’t tried my famous breakfast sandwich… here it is! Great for Sunday brunch?
Ya’ll this sandwich is one for the books, low carb, keto, easy to make, mouthwatering… what more can you ask for?!

Breakfast Sandwich

Yields 1 sammie



  • 3 eggs
  • Avocado
  • 2 slices of sugar-free and nitrate-free bacon
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs heavy cream
  • 2 tbs coconut flour
  1. Throw the bacon on a skillet or pan and cook until done.

  2. Make the breakfast “muffin” – add 1 egg, baking powder, heavy cream, coconut flour, and salt into mug, mix and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove muffin from mug using butter knife. Slice into 4 pieces.

  3. Fry 2 eggs

  4. And put yo masterpiece together. Dip in your favorite sauce and enjoy.
