Collagen Chia Pudding

Easy high protein snack. No cooking necessary – just gotta through everything in a bowl and mix!

Collagen Chia Pudding


  • 1 cup Coconut milk or almond milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey or liquid stevia (I use English Toffee flavored)
  • Vanilla
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  1. Mix all together and let sit overnight. Then top with fruit, nuts, hemp hearts or shredded coconut.
